Welcome to Gigable Desktop For Business

Gigable Desktop has been created especially for business and contains all the great features of the mobile App with a few additions, to make managing your Gigs that much easier.

First things first – how do I get there?

Access the portal through the Gigable website and using the Log in link provided. Just use the same login details as you would for the mobile App.

Let's Get Started On Creating Your Profile

If you haven’t already set up your Profile in the App, now is the time to do it.Click on the Profile link and firstly add your Company logo, this will be visible to the applicants.Fill out the required fields:

  • Display Name
  • Trading Name
  • A brief Business description.
  • Your Company Registration Number
  • VAT Number
  • Finally, set your Business Address (Don’t worry if you run Gigs in various locations, when you create Gigs, you can specify the location of each one.)

Quick Tip

By selecting ‘Export Transactions’, this will automatically send down a .csv file (similar to that of an .excel file) to your registered email address.This contains a full list and breakdown of all your transaction and payments history on the Gigable Platform and provides you with VAT details ideal for accountancy purposes.

Setting Up Those Bank Details

Gigable has partnered with 2 Online Payments Providers: Revolut and Stripe.To enter your financials, Click into ‘Setting’ in the top right corner of your screen.You have two options


  • Click on the Stripe Logo.
  • Provide the following information:
  • Cardholder name.
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVC
  • Press ‘SAVE’
  • Finally, under the Stripe Logo, ensure you select Stripe as your default payment method.
  • That’s it, you’re good to go and are ready to post Gigs.


In order to set up Revolut for payments, instructions are sent to the registered email on your Gigable account.

  • Make sure you have clicked into the Revolut option
  • Trigger the email by hitting "generate certificates"

  • Step 1 is already complete (and you have the certificate in the email instructions)
  • Step 2 is described in the email
  • Step 3 occurs in the Gigable Dashboard, as shown above
